Your AI-Driven Masters briefing

Your AI-Driven Masters pre-call briefing

Your IT experience is already 80% of a $200K–$600K AI-driven cyber security role. Here's the other 20%.

Watch the short video below to understand how you land one of these roles — then work through the videos below before your call.

Step 1 · Watch the intro · 3:52

Start here: what your call is for

Nathan and Robert on what happens on your call, and the two things to do before it.

is one of the UK’s first cyber security companies. Established 1999.

Short conversations between Robert and me (13 videos · 66 min): which roles are opening up, why your experience already qualifies you, and how to build the proof hiring managers want to see. Best watched in order.

Step 2 · Video · 6:08

Why IT careers stop moving forward

Why stacking certifications and courses hasn’t moved you up — and the gap analysis that does: pick a role worth having, then close the specific gap to it.

Step 3 · Video · 7:24

How agentic AI changes IT execution

AI is taking over the execution layer of IT. Why the people who direct and architect the agents become the valuable ones.

Jacob moved from a generalist IT background into an Enterprise Security Architect role — $204,000 a year, built on the IT foundation he already had.

Step 4 · Video · 6:10

What real AI-driven security job postings reveal

Real job postings from named employers asking for AI-agent skills — and why your IT experience already covers much of what they want.

Step 5 · Video · 5:36

Why companies need AI-driven security capability

Why a company can’t just hire an “AI person”, and why the ones that don’t build AI-driven security capability fall behind.

Step 6 · Video · 3:44

Why you're closer to these roles than you think

How much of these roles your existing IT experience already covers, and how small the remaining gap really is.

Derek spent 13 years in the Army, and is now a Cyber Systems Administrator at SAIC — supporting U.S. Space Force operations.

Step 7 · Video · 5:07

Why companies want your IT experience, not an AI genius

Employers need security and systems know-how paired with agentic skills — not AI specialists who lack the context.

Step 8 · Video · 4:38

Show employers a working security solution

Why showing an employer a working solution you built beats any CV, and what that looks like in practice.

Step 9 · Video · 4:35

How to build AI-driven security systems without writing code

It’s architecture, not coding. You direct the AI in plain English — like a general directing an army.

Shraddha — Security Engineer at Arctic Wolf
Shraddha went from a laid-off software developer to Security Engineer at Arctic Wolf — after nearly a year of rejections, she found the right path.

Step 10 · Video · 5:05

How agentic workflows expand what a security team can deliver

How one person directing agents can deliver work that used to take a whole security team.

Step 11 · Video · 3:35

What it takes to build reliable AI-driven security systems

Agents are like genies: they do exactly what you ask. How good architecture turns that into systems you can rely on.

Step 12 · Video · 5:24

Why start building AI-driven engineering skills now?

The window is open now because so few people can do this — and why it narrows as adoption spreads.

Step 13 · Video · 4:43

The risks and opportunity costs of waiting

Manual security work won’t last. What waiting really costs, and why the cost compounds.

Step 14 · Video · 3:35

The same skills employers value can help you build a business

The same skills that make you valuable to an employer can support your own consultancy or business.

Questions

Straight answers before your call

What's the investment, and how can I pay for it?

The AI-Driven Masters is $8,500. You can pay in full, or spread it over three payments of $3,000 — which means you can get started for $3,000. On the call we'll walk through the options and find the one that fits your situation.

I've spent money on training before and I'm still stuck. Why would this be different?

Because hiring managers don't care about your certifications, degrees or the courses you've taken. What they care about is whether you can show them a working AI-driven cyber security solution, running live. That's what this is built to get you: not another credential, but proof you can do the job. Certifications get you the interview. A build gets you the job.

Am I too late? It feels like the field is full of people with far more experience.

The paradigm in cyber security has completely flipped. Traditional security is dying fast, and AI-driven security engineering is new enough that very few people — even those already in the field — understand it yet. They're starting from roughly the same place you are, and your years of IT experience are exactly the context employers need. You're not behind. You're early.

Do I need to code, or already know Python?

No — and not knowing is actually an advantage: no bad habits to undo. You won't write code. You'll describe the system you want to the AI in plain English, and it does the building. What matters is knowing which problems to solve and how real systems actually behave, and that's the part AI can't do.

How is this different from the free courses or the Udemy trainings?

Because it's built around one specific outcome, not a pile of lessons. We identify the AI-driven role that best fits your background. We help you build the exact proof hiring managers want to see. We create custom training to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. And we give you expert mentors already doing this professionally to pull you up faster.

What if it isn't the right fit for me?

That's the whole point of the call. We only move forward if it's a genuine fit for your background and goals. If it isn't right for you, we'll tell you — and you'll still leave knowing which role your experience points at.

I'm busy in my career and fairly comfortable. Why move on this now?

Because there's a window, and it's open right now. The people who end up with the pick of these roles are the ones who move while the talent pool is still nearly empty. This is the biggest shift in how security work gets done in our lifetime, and it won't wait for a convenient moment. Move now and you ride it. Stay comfortable and you watch it pass.
