Pass Retake Assurance is an optional add-on that gives you one additional attempt at the same CompTIA exam if you don't pass on your first try. If you pass on the first try (congratulations), no further action is taken. The second voucher is valid only for the same exam you originally purchased. You must provide official proof of failure (score report) within 7 days of your failed exam via the submission form at stationx.net/submit-retake. No refund or voucher is issued if you pass. The second voucher is not transferable.
Vouchers are valid for approximately 10 months from the date of purchase. Expiration dates cannot be extended. Vouchers cannot be transferred to someone else. Vouchers are not refundable once received. Vouchers are exam-specific and not interchangeable. Watch for exam retirement dates — roughly every three years, exams retire and are replaced with updated versions under a different exam code. Buy the voucher suitable to your plans and take your exam before the voucher expires.
